Short, specific, and written to be read before you pay.
What you are buying
A rebuild of the CV you upload: a DOCX, a PDF generated from that DOCX, a plain-text copy, your original file returned unchanged, the field-by-field verdict and the word-level diff. One CV is a one-off $99. The search pack is a one-off $149 and lets you re-run the rebuild for as long as you are looking for a role.
What we promise, precisely
The file we deliver must pass our round-trip verifier on every extractor in our harness: re-parse the delivered file, rebuild the record, and recover one hundred percent of the fields the record contains. If it does not, we rebuild at no cost; if it still does not, we refund in full.
What we do not promise
We do not promise an interview, an offer, or that any named employer's system will accept your file. We do not promise that a CV is the reason you were rejected. We also do not call the output ATS-proof, because that cannot be verified.
What we will not do
We do not rewrite your history, invent experience, or adjust dates to fit a job description. If your file cannot be read reliably — a photo of a CV, handwriting, a scan too poor for OCR — we tell you, refund, and stop. We never guess at someone's employment history.
Refunds
Full refund if the delivered file fails the verification above, or if we cannot read your file at all. Ask within 30 days of delivery; payment providers may take a few working days to return the funds.
Your responsibilities
Upload a CV you have the right to upload, and do not use the service to process other people's personal data. Abusive load, resale of the output as a service, or attempts to break the verifier end the agreement without refund.
Changes
These terms can change; the version in force is the one shown when you order. Nothing here limits rights you have by law.
